Getting Started
How do I set up Networked for my event?
Setting up Networked takes just a few minutes. After purchasing, you'll access your dashboard where you can create your event, write custom conversation prompts, and share a link with attendees. Our support team is available to help if you need it.
Do attendees need to download an app?
No! Networked is completely web-based. Attendees simply scan a QR code with their phone's camera to connect with others and work through conversation prompts. No app downloads required.
What kind of events work best with Networked?
Networked works great for conferences, professional meetups, corporate events, industry summits, networking dinners, and any gathering where meaningful professional connections are a goal. It's designed for events ranging from 50 to 5,000+ attendees.
How far in advance should I set up my event?
We recommend setting up your event at least a week in advance to customize your prompts and test the experience. However, Networked is designed to be simple enough that you could set up an event the day before if needed.
How It Works
What are "conversation prompts" and how do they work?
Conversation prompts are thoughtful questions designed to spark meaningful dialogue between attendees. Event organizers create prompts tailored to their event — like "What project are you most excited about right now?" or "What's a professional challenge you're currently solving?" These prompts help break the ice and lead to more memorable conversations.
Can I customize the conversation prompts?
Absolutely! You write your own prompts tailored to your event theme, industry, or audience. There's no limit to the number of prompts you can create for each event.
How does the QR code connection tracking work?
Each attendee gets a unique QR code and a numeric connection code. When two people meet, they scan each other's codes to record the connection and work through conversation prompts together. Organizers can see all connections and engagement on the event dashboard.
How does the leaderboard work?
The leaderboard tracks how many prompts each attendee has completed and how many connections they've made. It adds a fun, competitive element to networking and helps organizers see who's most engaged during the event.
Pricing & Billing
What's included in the single event pricing?
The $200 per event plan includes everything you need for one event: setup for up to 500 attendees, custom conversation prompts, QR code connection tracking, and event analytics with leaderboard. You keep access to your event data.
When should I choose the Pro subscription vs. single event?
If you're hosting more than one event every 2-3 months, Pro is more cost-effective. Pro gives you unlimited events, unlimited attendees, and priority support. For one-off events or to try Networked, the single event option is perfect.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Annual subscribers who cancel will retain access for the remainder of their year.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If Networked isn't the right fit for your event, contact us within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

What are the technical requirements?
Networked works on any modern smartphone with a camera and web browser. We support the latest versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. No special hardware or software is required.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud providers. We never sell personal data and are committed to protecting your privacy.
What kind of support do you offer?
All customers get email support with responses within 24 hours during business days. Pro subscribers get priority support with faster response times.
What happens if there are technical issues during my event?
