Getting Started
How do I set up Networked for my event?
Setting up Networked takes just a few minutes. After purchasing, you'll receive access to our dashboard where you can create your event, customize conversation prompts, and generate QR codes. Our onboarding guide walks you through each step, and our support team is always available to help.
Do attendees need to download an app?
No! Networked is completely web-based. Attendees simply scan a QR code with their phone's camera to access conversation prompts and exchange contact information. No app downloads or account creation required.
What kind of events work best with Networked?
Networked works great for conferences, professional meetups, corporate events, industry summits, networking dinners, and any gathering where meaningful professional connections are a goal. We've seen success with events ranging from 50 to 5,000+ attendees.
How far in advance should I set up my event?
We recommend setting up your event at least a week in advance to customize your prompts and test the experience. However, Networked is designed to be simple enough that you could set up an event the day before if needed.
How It Works
What are "conversation prompts" and how do they work?
Conversation prompts are thoughtful questions designed to spark meaningful dialogue between attendees. When someone scans a QR code, they receive a prompt like "What project are you most excited about right now?" or "What's a professional challenge you're currently solving?" These prompts help break the ice and lead to more memorable conversations.
Can I customize the conversation prompts?
Yes! You can create custom prompts tailored to your event theme, industry, or audience. We also provide a library of proven prompts you can use or modify. Pro subscribers get access to advanced prompt templates and AI-powered prompt suggestions.
How does the QR code connection tracking work?
Each attendee can have a unique QR code (or you can set up station-based codes). When two people connect, they scan each other's codes, answer the conversation prompt, and their contact information is automatically exchanged. All connections are tracked so attendees can follow up later.
What information is exchanged when attendees connect?
Attendees control what information they share. Typically this includes name, email, company, and role. They can also add notes about their conversation to help with follow-up. All data handling complies with GDPR and other privacy regulations.
Pricing & Billing
What's included in the single event pricing?
The $200 per event plan includes everything you need for one event: setup for up to 500 attendees, all standard conversation prompts, QR code generation, connection tracking, and a comprehensive post-event analytics report. You keep access to your data indefinitely.
When should I choose the Pro subscription vs. single event?
If you're hosting more than one event every 2-3 months, Pro is more cost-effective. Pro also gives you unlimited attendees, advanced analytics, API access, and priority support. For one-off events or to try Networked, the single event option is perfect.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Annual subscribers who cancel will retain access for the remainder of their year.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If Networked isn't the right fit for your event, contact us within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers. Enterprise customers can also be invoiced. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Technical & Support
What are the technical requirements?
Networked works on any modern smartphone with a camera and web browser. We support the latest versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. No special hardware or software is required.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud providers with SOC 2 compliance. We never sell personal data and comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.
What kind of support do you offer?
All customers get email support with responses within 24 hours. Pro subscribers get priority support with faster response times. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated success manager and can arrange phone or video support.
Can Networked integrate with other tools?
Pro and Enterprise subscribers have access to our API, which allows integration with CRMs, marketing automation tools, and event platforms. We also offer native integrations with popular tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Eventbrite.
What happens if there are technical issues during my event?
Our platform is designed for reliability with 99.9% uptime. In the rare case of issues, our support team is available to help. Pro and Enterprise customers have access to emergency support channels during their events.
